The staff are outstanding! every interaction was enjoyable and helpful. My room was spotless and fully equipped, featuring fast internet and a well-working kitchenette—it felt like home instantly!

Though the breakfast selection was limited and not always warm, the location is prime—right in the heart of the business district, making it easier to explore

The hotel boasts a lovely rooftop pool with great views and a lively atmosphere. The kitchenette was a convenient addition, though the pool area could benefit from being larger. A supermarket nearby made it easy to stock up on essentials during my stay.

The meeting room was perfect for our event, accommodating up to 20 guests, which made it ideal for our small team gathering. Convenience features like phones, coffee/tea makers, and irons were readily available. My room was a Queen Studio with Two Queen Beds, and it was fully equipped with a kitchenette, which made my stay comfortable and productive.

The customer service was incredible! Everyone from the reception to the waitstaff was super hospitable and helpful. My room was clean and had everything I needed, including a kitchenette. Internet was fast, and the TV had tons of channels. Plus, there's plenty of parking available. 😊

My stay at Homewood Suites By Hilton Santo Domingo was delightful. The staff were exceptional—especially Brenda and Estefany during breakfast, who ensured I had all I needed, including hot, fresh coffee. The location was fantastic, right across from Blue Mall, making shopping a breeze.

The rooftop pool area could use a redesign to enhance the experience!!! A supermarket nearby is handy, but the walk to it is somewhat tedious!!! The fitness center lacked essential equipment like free weights, which was disappointing!!!
